Flo

60 minutes

A vibrant, full energy vinyasa style practice. This all levels, heat building class will link the   breath to dynamic movements. Challenge both the body and mind. Leave class buzzing with vitality!

Good For: Exercise, strengthening, stretching, flexibility, releasing physical energy, finding a flow state, feeling accomplished, mindfulness, physical effort, mental effort, all levels.

Mat Pilates

45 minutes

Cultivate core strength, tone muscles, and deepen your mind-body connection in this class. Suitable for all levels, this class seamlessly complements a yoga practice by enhancing muscular tone and endurance, range of motion, stability, and posture.

Good For: Exercise, strengthening, releasing physical energy, mobility, flexibility, physical effort, mental effort, all levels.

Slow Flo

60 minutes

A slower version of a Flo class.  The slower pace of this class will allow more time to explore the breath while still creating heat within the body.

Good For: Stretching, flexibility, mobility, strengthening, physical effort, moving meditation, de-stressing, mindfulness, breathwork, introspection, all levels.

Stretch & Unwind

60 minutes

We’ll lay low in this cozy prop-full practice. Slip into calm in this class that blends dynamic stretching, yin and restorative postures. This class uses all the props with the intention of encouraging flexibility and rest. A peaceful way to end your day!

Good For: Stretching, flexibility, rest, de-stressing, introspection, mindfulness, meditation, all levels.

Yin

60 minutes

A nourishing yin yoga experience to stretch and release tension in the body. This slow-paced class involves holding poses for longer periods to target connective tissues and improve flexibility. Embrace mindfulness, reduce stress, and find inner calm in a serene environment. Suitable for all levels.

Restorative

60 minutes

A true restorative experience using all the props: blocks, bolsters, and blankets. This class offers full support to ease your body into gentle postures, while breath work and guided meditation encourage deep rest. Release tension, nourish your body and mind, and leave feeling rested and renewed.

Good For: Mindfulness, rest, breathwork, meditation, introspection, de-stressing, all levels.
