Memberships, Class Credits & General Studio Policies

Memberships (8x/Month & Unlimited)

• All memberships auto-renew monthly.
• After the chosen term (3 or 12 months), memberships continue to auto-renew monthly until you choose to cancel.
• Cancel any time after the minimum term with 14 days’ written notice to hello@ebbandflostudio.com.
• Unused classes on 8x/Month memberships do not roll over to the next month.

Membership Cancellations

• All cancellations require 14 days’ written notice to hello@ebbandflostudio.com.
• 3-Month Memberships: Cancel any time after the 3-month minimum term with no penalty.
• 12-Month Memberships: Cancel any time after the 12-month minimum term with no penalty.
• Early Cancellation: Cancelling a 12-month membership before the minimum commitment ends will incur a $100 early cancellation fee.
• 3-Month Memberships cannot be cancelled before the 3-month term ends.
• Other membership-based purchase options (Intro Offer – 2 Weeks Unlimited, One Month Unlimited, and 6-Month Prepaid) do not auto-renew, so no cancellation is required.

Holds / Freezes

• 8x/Month and Unlimited Memberships can be placed on hold for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 2 months (60 days) per year.
• Requests must be made 14 days in advance.
• Holds are not available during the first 3 months of a new membership.
• Holds are prorated: your billing date and cycle remain the same, but your fee for that billing period will be adjusted.
• Example: if your membership is on hold for half of your billing cycle, you’ll be charged half of your usual monthly rate.
• To request a hold, email hello@ebbandflostudio.com with your specific dates.

Class Credits (Drop In, 5 Class Credits, 10 Class Credits)

• Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Non-shareable, non-transferable, no extensions or holds and non-refundable.

Late Cancel / No Show

• Cancel at least 3 hours before class to avoid penalties.
• Unlimited members: $15 fee.
• Class credits: one class credit deducted.

General Studio Etiquette & Policies

• Arrive on time. For the comfort and safety of all, there is no late entry once class begins. Please arrive 5–15 minutes early to settle in.
• Pricing & HST. All prices are subject to HST as required by government regulations.
• No refunds. All payments are non-refundable.
• Late cancels or no-shows will result in applicable fees.
• Membership payments are non-refundable once processed. If you wish to cancel, please do so in advance according to your membership’s policies.
• Respect & kindness. Ebb & Flo is a small, independent, woman-owned business. We value people and ask that all communication with staff — in person, by phone, or online — remain respectful. Rude, aggressive, or threatening messages will not receive a response.
• Clarity & communication. If you’re ever unsure about a policy, please reach out — our staff are here to help.
