Being Moved: Somatic Movement & Free Form Dance

To be moved is to be emotionally touched, energetically stirred, and provoked into expression. This event uses somatic awareness and movement to connect you with the layers of your inner experience. As you shift more fully into the energies of your body, sensations become your compass to come fully alive.


Part One - Somatic Movement

Guided breathe & movement on the mat to soothe your nervous system, bring awareness to sensations, and awaken your intuitive energetic impulses.


Part Two - Free-Form Dance 

Following creative movement prompts and the beat of a variety of music genres your body becomes an instrument for self-expression. On this dance floor there is no right or wrong way to move. Discover emotional-freedom as you allow the flow of your inner-vitality.

Roll Out Workshop: Self-Massage for Relief & Recovery

Join Madison for a 90-minute guided roll-out session designed to help you move with greater ease and awareness.


Using Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, you’ll explore self-massage techniques to release deep tension, boost circulation, and support healthy mobility.


This hands-on workshop is perfect for runners, athletes, yoga practitioners, and anyone navigating chronic tightness, sciatica, hip and leg tension, plantar fasciitis, or lingering effects of past injuries.


Through targeted release work, simple mobility check-ins, and mindful breathing, you’ll leave feeling more connected to your body - and equipped with tools for ongoing care.


Bonus: Take home your own set of therapy balls to continue the work at home!

Handstand Workshop

Curious about going upside down? This workshop is designed for beginners to hand standing and anyone looking to refine their approach to the pose.


Chrys will break down the key elements of a strong handstand practice, focusing on building the strength and confidence needed to get upside down. We'll explore alignment tips, entry techniques, and use the wall as a supportive prop throughout. We’ll close the practice with calming breathwork and a grounding savasana to leave you feeling balanced and strong, on and off the mat.


Whether you're taking your first steps toward handstand or looking to fine-tune your skills, you'll leave with practical tools to approach the pose within your own practice.


Open to all levels. No prior handstand experience necessary.

A 75 minute Yoga Nidra session with Patricia! Yoga Nidra is a practice that teaches us how to relax with conscious awareness, so one can truly feel the nature of deep relaxation.


Join us for a guided session that includes body scanning, and visualization techniques to cultivate inner peace and rejuvenation.


Blankets and bolsters are provided. Please feel free to bring your own eye mask and wear comfortable layered clothing that you can relax in!
