Ebb & Flo is a down to earth, contemporary yoga studio offering a variety of hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative style classes and workshops.
We believe that yoga is a multi-dimensional practice that should be accessible for everyone, so we like to use a medley of yoga styles, techniques and complementary practices to help you feel good in body and mind.

About our studio space
Our corner of the world is simple but beautiful! The exposed brick, bright, west facing windows and the hustle and bustle of the city below offer a feeling of expansiveness. We were drawn to this studio space because of the quirks that come with being well lived in!

Meet the instructors
At Ebb & Flo we encourage the authenticity of our instructors. So, while the instructor will incorporate the fundamental principles and intentions of the class, the content of the classes will vary based on the unique style, trainings, interests, and experiences of each instructor. Try them all and find your flo!
